Returns, Damages & Cancellations

1.  Returns

1.1  We offer you the option to purchase and try out samples before buying full bottles. If unsure, we highly recommend you try the samples first. This way you can avoid the disappointment of 'blind' buying full bottles of perfume oils which you may not like. 

1.2  All oils are poured by the manufacturer from a decanter into the bottles. The bottles are then inserted into manufacturer's original packaging, which is unsealed. Due to the nature of the product and health and safety reasons, the oils CANNOT be returned.

1.3  Items purchased via promotional campaigns, such as seasonal sale or clearance, are non-returnable and non-refundable with no exchange available. 

 

2.  Damages 

2.1  In case any of the products ordered are delivered damaged, you must notify us within 7 working days from the date of receiving the order. 

2.2  You will be required to provide details (such as electronic images, description of the damage, proof of delivery) for us to inspect the damage and assess whether the returned item/s qualify for a replacement or refund.

2.3  Where the damage is not visually apparent, you may be required to return the item (in original box, where possible, to prevent further damage) for a physical inspection to be conducted. The return will be at your own cost (including any taxes applicable) in such instance.

2.4  Initial shipping cost for items returned is non-refundable. 

 

3.  Cancellations

3.1  Once your order has been placed it will not be possible to request a cancellation. Therefore please check your order details at checkout before you place your order.
